    Agree on your legal point, the company simply needs to assess the cost against the probability of winning / rewards it would bring. It might be that a short appeal makes sense, but a protracted case against DERM does not.

    It is now time for management to make hard commercial decisions, both cash and human resources are severely constrained and we do not have the luxury of time.
