    each holder getting change to top up at $15k
    which i am sure a lot will getting shares at 5.5
    so sell high and buy low

    got about 200 million shares worth at 5.5 cents coming in. thats just the retail side of things.

    id say 2-3 days to soak up all this new issue.

    maybe next week we will get the lift off we all want/
