    Excuse my ignorance cara, but how does this draw new investors when it is only issued to existing holders?


    P.S. any idea what hte dilutionw ould be witht he capraising.... the share price after dilution...

    39.4mil market cap - 343 mil shares

    with 3mil cap raising at 9 c

    42.4m and 376 333333 shares

    so 11.2 c... am i right?
