Now when they had gone through Phrygia and the region of Galatia, they were forbidden by the Holy Spirit to preach the word in Asia.
After they had come to Mysia, they tried to go into Bithynia, but the Spirit did not permit them.

And because you are sons, God has sent forth the Spirit of His Son into your hearts, crying out, “Abba, Father!”

The spirit of the son, can simply be in the terms of, all that Jesus represents, of which you accept and follow, which would then mean you could say that you're walking in the spirit of Jesus or living in it etc.
Not to mention, Jesus now exalted and glorified etc, can know doubt come as well.

But as for The Holy Spirit, the Bible is very clear, that there is but ONE Spirit, in this regards.

"In the one Spirit" -> we are to test the spirits to see if they are of God (Father) = that One Spirit the Holy, all in one accord, one in word etc.
So this is not speaking of the spirit of Jesus.
