Religious wording gets taken up so literally when it's more likely to be an abstract concept with a lot of wriggle room.

Resurrection means to be restored to life and in a Biblical, come religious setting this is almost never meant to be physical life, it is restored to spiritual life. When a Jesus like figure returns there will be an opportunity to reinvigorate ones spiritual life, this is a kind of resurrection for those who take advantage of the opportunity.

As for the JW, well, imagine that a group in the US are prophesied in Revelation and 2000 years after the event they alone get to become spirits ruling in heaven with God. 144,000 of them get to self-nominate no less and low and behold way more than that have already claimed a seat at the big table. That may be one of there least logical stabs at interpreting the Bible but every religion needs it hook, its gimmick.

From my limited knowledge of the Baha'i Faith their concept of resurrection is spiritual and every victory over old negative ways being replaced by new positive ways of being is a resurrection, or a path to being resurrected. Resurrection can't be an absolute term because humans will never be perfect and humans are not left waiting in the tomb for some big day of Resurrection to bust out of the tomb in some singular event. You die and your spirit moves on to the next dimension. The resurrection of Jesus was also in spirit, not physical.
