None (other than breath for life) of what you say is shown in the Bible, therefore we can draw no other conclusion that, that is the creation of men, over time and in many ways.
This is what is shown in the Bible.
    Genesis 2:
7 Then the Lord God formed a man[a] from the dust of the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and the man became a living being.

The life which was breathed into Adam is more than air (with oxygen). For some of us, this verse is to be taken figuratively because God did not literally start Adam's life like a first responder giving an accident victim first aid. Instead, God gave Adam life.

In the here and now if we die, I am not aware of any verses that show that either the spirit or soul or both go to heaven, or somewhere else and await a resurrection of the body in some form on the last day.
The latter is all I see, on the whole.

    Ecclesiastes 12
7 and the dust returns to the ground it came from, and the spirit returns to God who gave it.

Note that in Genesis 2:7 the Bible has God forming Adam from dust; the dust that the body reverts to when we die.
The spirit returns to God and the body to the ground as dust from whence it came.
The Bible has the body and the spirit going separate ways.
