I had a quick convo with a bloke in the know with ogx and he said one of the probs is that the size of the gold is fluctuating heaps and it’s pretty difficult to get the plant tuned in. 

that and breakdowns are the giving them big headaches.

but he did say they are getting on top of things slowly.

so fingers crossed thing will be on the up soon.
