From what I understand there will be a rush to build large scale projects if the target is to be reached in time for 2020.

Although I have been hearing that most of the projects will be wind, CWE may be in a position to take advantage of the benefits to flow from having certainty restored.

If the uncertainty that has crippled the industry for the last two years was removed, there may be a rush to make up lost ground.
