Great article; makes error assuming Catherines not owned by Ascena but does reinforce for me few key things like the barriers to entry in plus size retail for things like the need for dedicated design teams, proper fit and materials that can’t be done easily by generalists, along with the actual large market share represented by the plus size consumer.
