yes I believe so. Sold holding on April 4th , just to have some cash about at this time not thinking of capital raising. Got the retail capital offering on the 8th April seems the cut off point for entitlement was the 2nd or 3rd April , so if you held em then , then can buy the same no shares and apply for double that amount in the CR, even if you don't own em now or sell em on Tuesday. Just like you can get a dividend on shares you have sold if it's after the ex-date. Am thinking seriously of taking up the offer even though wasn't planned. Wasn't able to make a capital loss against some of my gains this FY though, held WEB for a long time, that would be even more food for thought, I guess for some. You could make a loss, to trade of against gains ,then have opportunity to have the same position in a diluted WEB ( all be it a much more risky, situation given the Cov-19) by owning twice as many shares if you go for the CR.
Just some thoughts you can tell I have nothing else to do at the moment.
