Hi there, I have a question about the entitlement offer. If you buy x1 WEB shares worth $2.30 does that mean you get $1.70 in addition, and would the result be the same as owning x2 WEB shares worth $2 each?
Also does anyone have a particular strategy when buying a share from a company that is raising capital? Does the share price mostly get lower to the offer price?
Any insight would be great.
