I omitted to save it, but funny you should mention that, as I read some brief comment that 'household goods' would be the focus of consumers, and that there'd be less interstate and (even if border restrictions were lifted) less international travel.
Not sure if I agree with the person that only 'diehards' will travel internationally, as that view fails to take account of Australians' innate love of travel.
A problematic category for MYR has been womenswear. If it can even partly 'fix that', good for profit.
But there's no doubt that what would have been expenditure on holidays/travel has at least partly been redirected into areas like homewares in which to my mind MYR has a good physical store and online offering.
