Here we go again and again...!! Did you see WAM take over Amaysim for there 80M franking credits...I suspect the same will happen to Myer. WAM gets 118M franking credits and Premier gets Myer cheap with out the lease agreements in tact. So technically WAM takes over and sells Myer as a going concern to Premier Investments and then delisted Myer with the credits! BAM! Nice pickup for both parties! Hence the exit from the other investment companies! They were holding onto a possible takeover...but that's been squashed now. IMO Sell before it's too late!
