yes agreed both ACCC and class actions will dampen market enthusiasm for the stock. So will i fear this half year results (which won't be good).
However this doesn't concern me, this also presents an opportunity to acquire whilst the market is focused on these underlying issues, rather than on the long term valuation of the underlying company.
