    normally 15% of total shares out there can be issued...this 10% placement facility is to give you a chance to make up your mind ..should i let management dilute a further 10%. making it possible for them to issue 25% of total in one year. think about it .. stop management from even cpnsidering extra 10% dilution. make them work to push up SP so issuing shares brings in more cash at higher SP.
    vote AGAINST 10% placement facility...
