    I must admit, I'm leaning to a NO vote. Doug gets paid enough.

    He doesn't need a heap of freebies as well - certainly not 6,000,000 of them
    I'm pretty sure the extra 10% is 'standard' for fledgling companies that can fall over at any moment.

    I'd be amazed if a NO vote here got much traction.
