Darryl repeatedly stated that the major capital raise should not be dilutive to the share price, as the incoming capital will be used for plant, equipment, buildings and other tangible assets.
Where it is dilutive at stage 1 is in potential dividends. However, stage 2 expanding production by potentially more than double, coupled with expected improved NdPr pricing in the next few years, may see dividends to current shareholders be close to what was originally forecast.
