Yes, I may or may not receive a Retail premium, but could have sold STOR for 60c last week, I was not given that chance as a foreigner. Whats to stop big institutions from shorting this well below 3.85 and taking all foreign allocations for nothing, it is a possibility.
If foreign holders were to be shafted this way, we should have gotten the same 75c premium that institutional investors got.
