my rent is bugger all, a pitiful yield on an asset that is going down....one next door sold for a lot less by a flipper
I dont wish ill of innocent people....but, if some take a chance, and accumulate a ridiculous amount of properties at the exoense of others owning through sheer greed, u betcha i want them to fail, and fail big time
