I'm not worried about FBR running out of cash, but I am worried about what that's going to look like-

    1. Share issue and dilution of common shareholders.
    2. Some type of preferred issue to big players like Bechtel.
    3. Outright purchase of FBR for a lower multiple than can be achieved long term benefiting big insiders who then cash out and then enjoy lucrative "consulting" salaries and share bonuses with the acquiring company.

    I'd prefer-

    4. Garden variety line of credit from Australian or foreign bank (pick one.)

According to the last annual report, I'm in the top 20% of shareholders...yet all my shares and the cumulative ownership of everyone else up to the start of senior management and insiders is irrelevant.

We are along for the ride.
