Ironic I was the only one flagging a CR on here this year 6 months ago and got bagged abused abs told no way would FBR need to raise in 2019

Of course they will raise and need to raise a lot of $$$

If I was holding when a raise came 100 per cent I would participate in a retail offer you would be mad not to 

If I was looking to buy id wait to they raise as invariably the sp
Gets back below the raising point in most cases 

Lot of people on this board said a raising in 2019 would never happen its a given that it will in my opinion

All specs raise and raise and raise and registers get choked then consoles happen in a lot of cases on the ASX 

Raisings for the greater good & growth are fantastic for some companies some companies raise cash and never do anything revenue wise and pay big salaries..

Time will tell what happens here
