Yes its an interesting one. With WES debt to equity ratio now below their traditional target range we don't really know what they will do if they have indeed been overwhelmed by retail support. With the DOW falling to new cyclical lows I guess its not a bad time to have such a problem, but if they do knock back all additional shares requested then some holders may feel a little aggrieved, but there was no guidance about how requests for additional shares would be processed so I guess WES can do want they like.
