For what it is worth the SUN issue had a top up facility.
The amount of this facility is only the number of shares not taken up in the entitlement. Hopefully something similar here.
I applyed for a few extra and glad i did. But sold my entitlement yesterday seems like i went too early but couldnt afford to hold that many.
