    does anyone know how you pay for the rights issue shares? i intend to heavily overapply for shares however i wonder - all my cash sits in my st george margin lending account - can i margin up to the eyeballs on the rights issue? (st george allows 50% gearing on asciano shares)
    be good if one could!
