foreign onwership helped the price sky high which is really bad for the younger generation like my self
Quick calculation say I was to buy a property 400k I would need 100k deposit no insurance
How hard is it to save 100k ?
Then 2900 a month to pay interest and principle 30y
The rich Are gettin richer and the poor stay poor
