just spent 3 weeks in south west china, if u have shares in iron ore, rare earths, mineral sands and copper I wouldn't worry too much. I have a brother in law a property developer who has purchased and cleared about 150 acres in Zhuhai next to Macao and is about to commence construction of about 300 high rise apartment blocks.
We went to an open house on a new apartment complex and my sister in law had to pay 2000rmb just to inspect the units and be in the draw to be able to submit a bid, she missed out.
Everywhere u travel in the southwest of china there's construction occurring. I cannot recall anywhere where I was that if you turned 360 degrees you could not see construction cranes in the distance. Believe me in south west china that is not too far!!!!! Carddyboy
