I don’t think it is wise to enter in to home loan market. Do few things but do with perfection. ZIP I believe will stick to what it good and strengthen it core business model. Diversification at this earlier stage is too risky venture where world economy is wobbly and full of surprises.
Risk is name of the game as long it is calculated risk so in my opinion stick to what you are good at at this stage.
