    I agree with the comments regarding the retail sector, even other sectors had an impact of GFC and slow recovery.

    Clive peter is seriously a bargain at these levels, population is booming they need white goods.

    People are upgrading their white goods.

    Clive peter is a major player in victoria and there accounts were not in red last year with all the drams they had.

    I'm happy to accumulate more.
