    let's be honest... all they have to do is get us to a bloody BFS in non crazy macro environment.
    from there, the JV party will be taking over and getting us to production. these guys are in for their options, and they have a good exercise price ranging 50c $1 $2 etc.
    we all know this stock has the potential to be life changing, so let's not kid ourselves
