We've all been kicked in the guts, some moderately and others with a razored Jack boot. we just need to be careful to still act in our own financial interests and not with emotion. The more I look at it. I'd say HIO were advised that they are not get funding at the moment for costs based 20mt but it would be considered at a favourable costing for 5-10mt....maybe the big vote is about HIO asking share holders if we'd support other means to continue with with a BFS based on 20mt or are we good with a lower revised and scale up model. Not fact just my thoughts, either way the announcement on Monday and the situation we are currently in is still fkd and handled terribly.
