    Wouldn't have thought so for a scrap and restart. I'm sure there is a blend of % variations and fixed cost no matter 20 or 10. I don't think it would be a 50% reduction (but I'm a logistics guy not a resources guy) maybe 35% reduction for 10mt. But I could be talking out of my a#* to.
