Agree needs to be carefully managed with insurance and pipeline stakeholders, but not a showstopper IMO. Location of pumpstation and brine pipeline between ponds would have been re designed if deemed serious, still could be in a worst case senario. Reasonably confident it will go ahead as planned DYOR
