Does your confirmation cause some concern ??
Have management released an upgraded superior product without an announcement ??
What about the poor customers who have purchased the old version without knowledge that a superior product is available. Is this not a breach of the ASX listing regulations .. thanks Kicks you have been fair in your in-depth analysis to help the unwary consumer. I have asked my legal people (MB) whether this constitutes a class action for those who purchased the old inferior IQBud . I have no personal loss here but others may .. we must keep this inept management honest going forward ..
