Speaking of "parasitic banks who've taken advantage of honest decent folks" I noticed on this morning's TV news that the US SEC has now fined Elon Musk US-$20 million for him 'daring to mis-lead' the Wall Street MOB 'shorters' of his Tesla company by even 'suggesting' that he 'could' take Tesla private.
If that doesn't very, very clearly show you, just 'who' qualifies as "too big to fail" in the eyes of the US government, then I don't know just what it will take.
