We will all know 24-48 hrs before the retention licence is granted as the SP and trading volumes will rise significantly as those with inside knowledge (ASIC says this doesn't happen)buy in.
Should be a good year for NXS, the more cashed up and better structured the company becomes, the real prospect of a significant takeover offer must manifest itself in a significant way. As most of NXS new management team are on performance related options, they themselves must also hope for a significant play on the company. Make a quick dollar and take a long holiday.
