Increasingly the industry in the US is being bogged down by the EPA. I guess in a country where the population distribution is much larger and wider than Australia, they will continue to face such headwinds.
Remember the BHP offshore gas facility project that got canned off Santa Monica because Hollywood didn't want to look at it.
