I can answer one part of the question with full confidence. Yes you can return to work after drawing on your Superannuation if you have reached preservation age of 60.
As for how much, I am not certain. It once was $197k you could withdraw as a lump sum. With the rule changes to tax free after 60, I believe that was scrapped. Not sure. Best to make inquiries with the ATO on that.
