I personally know expats ripped off....when some slimy idiot shows up with a map in crayon at court and gets ownership nulled and forfeited. Even Filipino relatives have been robbed with this inept and corrupt government clownshow of decades. I trust that you have a Filipina wife and all the x's were crossed.
