Hmmm ... you need to plan for retirement and create a 'raison de etre'..
Sort the tool shed ... plan a reno with your partner.
Get a sport ... you should go to gym several times a week ... keep your BMI below 25 ... you need cardio/resistance exercise if you going to make it past 70. Exercise is also good way to reduce blood pressure.
Cut saturated fat and salt and take a good multivitamin along with a balance diet.
Develop plans with your partner that could include travel ... mutual interests such as dancing.
Rejuvenate your love life ... couples who enjoy s&x >3 times a week look and live 10 years longer.
