I know a few people who have done that throughout their lives and they certainly do a lot more than me. I do enjoy to veg out in front of the telly but you're right, we are overloaded with world news and it's easy to let it get to you.
When I lived across the other side of the valley from you it was the best piece of real estate I have ever owned. A private valley next to the forest and I was flat out every day just maintaining the place but loved every minute of it.
