Healthcare, not as reliable as it is here.
Utilities not reliable, ..water, electricity are not only unreliable but water can be polluted if coming from a well.
Air quality can vary from average to poor .
Etc.
You would be better off renting out your house and moving to a good quality caravan park in a regional country town, preferably where you can do a bit of fishing .
