INL has a history of spiking on big volume then continuing down strongly.

This time maybe different but certainly doesn't look like it, despite all the rampers out in force today it is down 11%.

The market maybe taking note now but still obviously don't believe yet.

It is hard to get rid of that "mistrust" tag that INL have.

If they stick to their word this time and actually come good on the contract it will be a big step in the right direction, but let's face it they have made this type of positive announcement before and you never hear anything about it ever again.

Another spin? or maybe this time they have something, time will tell.
