60K worth traded today, absolutely peanuts one thing is for sure this time round INL won't be able to screen the announcement from the market.
With multiple partners and 3rd parties involved any sniff of the deal being confirmed will send the share price sky wards so a trading halt will no doubt be called.
I still believe that the share price will push up towards 5c before the announcement hits the ASX.
