Mr Woods may have had the shares from day 1 at 15c (correct me if Im wrong Im guessing here based on graphs going back to 10 years). If he sold 15 million shares at 16c today, he would have only made $150,000 before tax. He may have invested $2.25 million from 15 mill shares and only made $150,000. Some of yous may have purchased a bunch under 5c and probably made more money than him but with a bigger return. I dont know MR Woods, therefore I dont know at what price he accumalated them 30 mill shares but he still holds 15+ mill shares. Previous top 20 shareholders did show that he was the 3rd and 4th most shareholder. After the announcement, he is still the 3rd most AVB shareholder
