Completed pump and dump. Might retrace to :
1) 50.0% = $0.22
2) 61.8% = $0.20
3) 78.6% = $0.18
Global eco will be in big trouble if oil jump to $1.50. Xao is heading south to 5400 or lower. RRS and many others cant hold at this level if XAO keep dropping. RRS is still in the woods and long way before any drilling.
