it only dropped back to 60c and under because of risk aversion due to the turmoil on the financial markets.
the fundamentals of this company remains the same - they are a company which has a product that will be in demand and cost effective to produce.
i am surprised there are no contracts in place or funding aggreements to ramp up production as there was with LYC ramping up to 22,000
