we have a higher high yet interestingly, the volume is lower.
it appeared that the "smart money" were distributing during the last 2 weeks from a technical perspective due to the massive volume going through.
However, it appears a bigger fish was/is accumulating their stock and as a result, the free float is being snapped up hence the register is tightening which paves the way for higher gains on lower volume in the future.
that's the way I read it.
Always be weary of the bigger fish.
