NHC never really "came clean" on the Acland issue that was all over the media, so the market has done a hatchet job on NHC as punishment (similar, imo, to MBN not telling the market about the S&P debt downgrade- the market hates to read stuff in the media and then companies thumb their nose at making an ASX ANN about it). I'm afraid NHC deserves a good old thumping, and is getting one. It looks like arrogance on the part of NHC, but arrogance often leads to humiliation, as the market is the ultimate judge.
