I do think there will be a re-rating. And even though some dismiss broker reports, a few updated ones can add impetus as well, particularly as avb has raised cash without a CR. So perhaps a slow grind higher over the next week?
Should get a few directors buying as well now, assuming they've not been able to for most of this year.
