Well you were delta, but nice to see you are happy enough at the end of the day.

Today saw a very important announcement for AVB and a big tick for the management team IMO, its all about getting that start. On balance nothing in the announcement should cause AVB a problem, in fact we could expect that both the senior lender and Blackrock have both a high degree of confidence in AVB which is running against a background where many deals have dried up due to cash shortfalls or delayed and some even postponed in South America.

Only the very harsh would not be impressed with todays announcement I would think.

We know lots still to do, hence its still a penny right now.
